5 String Players' Habits to Avoid: Breaking a Fulcrum

The fulcrums, or balance points, we have throughout our body (feet, knees, finger joints, etc) are a major part of what enables each part of the playing mechanisms for the violin and viola to function. In this video, I discuss why breaking the fulcrum of the wrist can lead to pain and injury (including dystonia) in both arms.
